Now-a-days, Televisions and newspapers accompanied by pictures to represents news stories. Some individual believe that words are not affective than pictures. I firmly agree with this statement, and the following paragraphs will explain reasons.
moving towards my opinion, words only explain situations while pictures elaborate the whole story. if different media only represents the what, where and when things happen without visual graphics then it would be boring for their audiences and can decease TRP. Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0
The response fails to meet the minimum word count requirement of 250 words, reaching only 185 words. This significantly impacts the development of ideas. While you state your position clearly in the introduction, the arguments remain underdeveloped. The second body paragraph is incomplete, ending abruptly mid-sentence, which prevents a full discussion of the opposing view. To improve, you must ensure that each point is supported by clear examples and that the essay is of sufficient length to allow for a comprehensive exploration of the topic. The current lack of completion means the task is only partially addressed.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5
The essay uses basic cohesive devices such as 'moving towards my opinion' and 'furthermore', which help to structure the text. However, the logical flow is disrupted by the incomplete nature of the final paragraph. Paragraphing is present, but the abrupt ending makes the overall organization feel unfinished. Referencing is generally clear, but the lack of a concluding paragraph means the essay lacks a sense of closure. To improve, focus on completing your thoughts and using a wider range of linking words to connect ideas more fluidly between sentences and paragraphs.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task but lacks the range and precision required for higher bands. You use some relevant terms like 'visual graphics', 'awareness', and 'destructions', but there are errors in word choice and collocation, such as 'decease TRP' (likely meaning 'decrease') and 'medias' (media is already plural). The vocabulary is somewhat repetitive, and there is little evidence of less common or idiomatic language. To improve, focus on using more precise academic vocabulary and ensuring correct word forms and collocations.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay contains a mix of simple and some complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede clarity. Examples include 'news are delivered' (subject-verb agreement), 'medias' (incorrect pluralization), 'if different media only represents' (subject-verb agreement), and 'words are not affective' (confusing 'affective' with 'effective'). Punctuation is also inconsistent, particularly with capitalization. While the meaning is generally understandable, the frequency of these errors suggests a need for more careful proofreading and a better grasp of basic grammatical rules.
