You work for an international company. You have seen an advertisement for a training course which will be useful for your job.

Write a letter to your manager. In your letter

• describe the training course you want to do
• explain what the company could do to help you
• say how the course will be useful for your job

I hope you are doing well.

I am writing to express my interest in joining a training course, as advertised in our company's magazine. This is an amazing course that i would love to join, its a short duration course for 2 weeks. Through this course In can pursue practical skills and communication skills.

I just wanted to kindly request you if you can allow me to take part in this course and if it is possible if can work in the mornings, because this course contain afternoon classes and also one class at weekend.

As i mentioned you before, this course is really helpful for the holistic development of company's growth. With good communication skills and body language practices, I can polish my work skills and can use in my professional life. Additionally, I just wanted to give you an advice if all the employee join this course, our company will definitely grow with supportive environment and teamwork.
