Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The letter addresses all three bullet points: describing the course, explaining how the company can help, and stating the benefits. However, the development of these points is quite limited. For instance, you mention the company could help, but you do not specify how (e.g., financial support or time off). The description of the course is vague, using repetitive phrases like 'good and bad manners'. To improve, you should provide more concrete details about the course content and specific ways the company could assist you, ensuring the tone is professional and persuasive throughout.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5
The letter is organized into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. However, the use of cohesive devices is often mechanical or inaccurate. For example, 'First of all' and 'Furthermore' are used, but the transitions between sentences within paragraphs are sometimes abrupt. The referencing is occasionally unclear, such as in the sentence 'And they will be talking about other different types of fields', where 'they' lacks a clear antecedent. Improving the variety and accuracy of linking words will help the flow of your ideas.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
Your vocabulary is generally adequate for the task but lacks the precision required for a higher band. You rely on basic terms like 'good', 'bad', and 'things'. There are also issues with word choice and collocation, such as 'I am doing this job from last 2 years' (should be 'I have been doing this job for the last two years') and 'handle easy to customers'. To reach a higher band, focus on using more professional, topic-specific vocabulary related to business training and customer relations.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0
You use a mix of simple and some complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede clarity. Common issues include incorrect verb tenses ('I am doing this job from last 2 years'), missing articles ('I see advertisement'), and subject-verb agreement errors ('which is very helpful' vs 'topics which are'). While the meaning is generally understandable, the frequency of these errors prevents a higher score. Focus on mastering basic tense consistency and article usage to improve your accuracy.
