You work for an international company. You have seen an advertisement for a training course which will be useful for your job.

Write a letter to your manager. In your letter

• describe the training course you want to do
• explain what the company could do to help you
• say how the course will be useful for your job

Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to express my interest in attending a training course called water quality analyst which will be held in North York next month. It's a five day in-person course.

I would appreciae if our company could help me to register WQA course under employee learning programme so I could ask for reimbursment If I successfully complete the 5 days training course. I also would like to request for accomodation in North York so that it would be very convenient for me.

Since I have been working as a laboratory technolgist, this course would greatly assist me to understand some organic and inorganic lab testings. Moreover, it can provide deep understaning of microrganisms that plays vital role wastewater treatment, which would help me for process optimization in a better way in the future.
