You work for an international company. You have seen an advertisement for a training course which will be useful for your job.

Write a letter to your manager. In your letter

• describe the training course you want to do
• explain what the company could do to help you
• say how the course will be useful for your job

Dear Sir,

I hope you are doing well.I am writing to ask for your approval for attending a short and professional course. The course is about customer service and for improving communication skills, it is called advanced customer services and communication skills course. This course is completed within 4 weeks with 4 offline and 8 online classes. I believe that this is the best opportunity with best schedule for me.

I would really appreciate ,if company could help me in covering the course fee as well as schedule me according to my classes just for one month so that I can cover my course without affecting my responsibilities on work. Moreover, this course will also help me in improving my performance at workplace. I can handle customer more effectively after completing this course. I hope you understand and I am looking forward to your positive response.
