You work for an international company. You have seen an advertisement for a training course which will be useful for your job.

Write a letter to your manager. In your letter

• describe the training course you want to do
• explain what the company could do to help you
• say how the course will be useful for your job

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Sir or Madam,

Dear Manager,

I am writing to kindly request you to enroll me in a technical training program. The name of the course is Electrical Vehicle (EV) repair and diagnosis.

Firstly, I have recently came across an advertisement, highlighting its benefits and importance, which exectly all I need to upgrade my knowledge about EVs.

Accurate fault findings, safety measures and faulty parts replacement are the main topic of the training. Upon complition particiapants are given a valuable certificate.

Furthermore, I need your assitance to cover the fees for the classes. I would also appeciate it if you could provide me the first week-off of this September.

Aditionally, as our company has started fixing electrical vehicles, it is crucial for us to have our technician ready by comepleting this course.

As a result, not only would I be able to fix EVs quickly but also would our company have an EV certified technician.

Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to your prompt response.
