You work for an international company. You have seen an advertisement for a training course which will be useful for your job.

Write a letter to your manager. In your letter

• describe the training course you want to do
• explain what the company could do to help you
• say how the course will be useful for your job

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir or Madam,

Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to requent a holidays allowances for a week for my new training programme and it is extemely beneficial for my career development and enhance my productivity for my forthcoming project.

I have read an advertisement on the article about AI Innovation programme and it will organise in my town centre. It is very useful for by future duites at our company. Whole programme will handle by professional trainers with authentic reseach and they will provide some practical knowlegde about AI technology.

I would appreciate it if you provide me a week holidays, but I will handle out my current duties to my collegeues and I back to work immedately in case of urgency.

Upcoming month we have to deal with international cilents about AI technology and product, so that course is direclty link with our next tasks and it will assist ous to tackle myriad problem. It will aids us to achieve our targets.

I look forward to receive your prompt response.
