I am writing to request your approval to attend a professional training course that I believe would greatly enhance my performance at work.

I recently came across an advertisement for a five-day course on Advanced Pelvic Health Management and vestibular rehabilitation, which will be held next month by a well-known international training provider. The programme focuses on developing practical skills in pelvic floor muscle training, risk management, strengthening and the effective use of external things like tampons and sanitary pads. It also includes interactive workshops and case studies based on real situations that women are suffering.

I would be grateful if the company could support my participation by covering the course fees and allowing me to take paid study leave during the training period. Since the course is directly related to my current role, I believe this would be a worthwhile investment for both myself and the company.
