You work for an international company. You have seen an advertisement for a training course which will be useful for your job.

Write a letter to your manager. In your letter

• describe the training course you want to do
• explain what the company could do to help you
• say how the course will be useful for your job

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to you for getting a permission to do seven days of training course which will be useful for my work.

Recently I have seen an advertisement about the codding course, which is online and conveninent for me to accomplish.

I would greatly appreciate your help if you could deduct my working hours for finishing the training. Moreover, if you can find my replacement for my position for a week in case, if I am not available due to different time zones.

This course will be more beneficial for me to work in your company Currently, I am working in IT sector but after finishing this I could get promotion to different position in a same work place.

I hope you will be looking forward to give me an opportunity for the training.
