i have seen an advertisement for a training course which will be useful for job the name of training advertisement is a leadership course which is very benefical for us because it is helpful for to make decision and manage job very good way because it is a good way to reslove the team members conflict as well as it improves the confident level.

The other benefit is making peace full and strong bonding in our team because sometimes we need for this skills so it can help for us to solve problems easily as compared to make it too much . In addition , company pay registration fees as well for all employee and this course also give discount to each employee due to our company because they also want make some profit . moreover, I think it is so worthfully for us .
