You work for an international company. You have seen an advertisement for a training course which will be useful for your job.

Write a letter to your manager. In your letter

• describe the training course you want to do
• explain what the company could do to help you
• say how the course will be useful for your job

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Madam,

I hope this letter finds you in the pink of health. Recently I came across an advertisement in the newspaper regarding Claude AI course. I am writing this letter to request you to grant my half day leave application for a period of 3-months.

After the advent of AI technology it is absolutely necessary to acquire advanced skills, especially to ameliorate the growth in terms of market value. Claude AI is one of the prominent software which is in vogue these days. It is basically three month course which would be conducted during weekdays from July onwards. It is not only beneficial in presentation, but simultaneously can generate multiple layouts in bare minimum time.

Therefore, I need your support so that I can complete this course in mentioned time and I assure you that it will not hamper my productivity in the office. Infact, it will elevate the standards of our work and add good remark to company's design portfolio.

Thank you for your time and consideration. I would be looking forward to hearing it from you.
