IELTS Writing Task 1 question

You work for an international company. You have seen an advertisement for a training course which will be useful for your job.

Write a letter to your manager. In your letter

• describe the training course you want to do
• explain what the company could do to help you
• say how the course will be useful for your job

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Sir or Madam,

Student answer (Band 6.0)

Dear Manager,

I hope you are doing well. I would like to draw you attention to the advertisement of a training course in international company.

The training course is pretty much related to my job role. I fulfill all requirements for this course. This course will help me to excel more in my field and enhance the skills in effective and efficient way. In future, this course will help me out to represent my company at both national and international levels.

However, company can approve my annual holidays for 3 weeks. Further, I would to request company to give me some loan to meet my expenses over there, so that I can fully concentrate on my training without any stress.

Therefore, after successfully completion of this course, I can bring major changes in our IT department by implementing latest software's and enhance our data security.
