You work for an international company. You have seen an advertisement for a training course which will be useful for your job.

Write a letter to your manager. In your letter

• describe the training course you want to do
• explain what the company could do to help you
• say how the course will be useful for your job

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope this letter finds you well.

I am writing this to take your permission to do a course regarding diet and fitness for corporate workers. I saw it's advertise in magazine. This course conducted by Indian Academy of Fitness Training in our city.

In this course, they give a training on different stretching, strengthening exercises and various yoga poses. In addition, they gives us a wide knowledge about healthy diet.

I wanted to do this course since long time. I want to make a request for paid my fees and allow my leave for five days.

If I will do this course, it will be helpful for our company too. As all employees are corporate and all have sitting job for long hours, they all have facing the problem of spinal pain and intestinal malfunction. This course allows me to take fitness classes in our company. In consequences, I can work for mental and physical well being of our people.

If you will allow me to do it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and consideration.
