You work for an international company. You have seen an advertisement for a training course which will be useful for your job.
Write a letter to your manager. In your letter

You do NOT need to write any addresses.
Begin your letter as follows:
Dear Sir or Madam,
Student answer (Band 6.0)
Dear Sir or Madam,
I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter for requesting you have a training session which would be beneficial for our company and even for the employees.
Few days ago, I saw an Banner saying they can teach the employees how to operate and troubleshoot Wifi routers and there is an extra discount on that program. As, we have hired a bunch of people and they are required to teach how they can troubleshoot and fix the routers.
You can go through their online website where they have a lot of information about the trash course and they can educate us within 7 days. Moreover, for booking them you can either call them or by using their online website.
It will be very useful for me as well because if we do this training course I do not have to make each employee understand how the things work. Although, it will save the company's time.
Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward hearing back from you.
Your faithfully,
Kiya Patel

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
You have addressed all three bullet points required by the task. You described the training course, explained how the company could assist, and outlined the benefits for your role. However, the development of these ideas is somewhat limited. For instance, the description of the course is quite vague, and the explanation of how the company can help is slightly repetitive. To reach a higher band, ensure that your ideas are more fully extended with specific details. The tone is generally appropriate for a formal letter, although the phrasing 'trash course' is inappropriate and confusing in this context.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The letter follows a logical structure with a clear introduction, body paragraphs, and a closing. You have used some cohesive devices such as 'Moreover' and 'Although' to link ideas. However, the use of these devices is sometimes mechanical or slightly inaccurate, such as the use of 'Although' at the start of the final paragraph, which does not logically connect to the previous sentence. Paragraphing is present, but the transition between ideas could be smoother. Improving the variety and accuracy of your linking words will help the flow of your writing.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
Your vocabulary is generally adequate for the task, allowing you to communicate your message clearly. You use some relevant terms like 'troubleshoot' and 'consideration'. However, there are some noticeable errors in word choice and collocation, such as 'trash course' (which is likely a typo for 'training' or 'crash') and 'I am writing this letter for requesting'. These errors occasionally distract the reader. To improve, focus on using more precise vocabulary and ensuring that your word choices are appropriate for a professional business context.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
You demonstrate a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. While the meaning is generally clear, there are frequent grammatical errors, such as 'I am writing this letter for requesting', 'Few days ago', and 'I look forward hearing back from you'. These errors, particularly with prepositions and verb forms, are noticeable. While they do not completely impede communication, they occur frequently enough to impact the overall accuracy of your writing. Increasing your focus on subject-verb agreement and correct prepositional usage will help improve your score in this area.
