Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 7.0

You have addressed all three bullet points in the prompt: describing the course, explaining how the company can help, and detailing the benefits for your role. The tone is appropriate for a formal letter to a manager. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited. For example, while you mention the course covers 'terms and terminologies', you could have provided more specific examples of what these are to better justify the request. Additionally, the opening is slightly informal ('Dear sir' instead of 'Dear Sir or Madam' as requested, and 'the Youtube'). Despite these minor issues, the purpose of the letter is clear and the requirements are met.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5

The letter is logically organized into clear paragraphs, each serving a specific purpose. You use some cohesive devices such as 'Furthermore' and 'At the end of the course' to link ideas. However, the flow is occasionally interrupted by minor mechanical errors in referencing and sentence structure, such as 'that advertisement was about the management course which, I believe can improve...'. The use of paragraphing is appropriate, and there is a clear progression of ideas from the introduction to the request and the closing. To reach a higher band, ensure that transitions between sentences are smoother and avoid repetitive phrasing.

Lexical Resource — Band 6.0

You demonstrate an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, using terms like 'internationally well established', 'certification', and 'principles'. There are some inaccuracies in word choice and collocation, such as 'refered by their current company' (should be 'referred') and 'get the knowledge' (a more academic alternative would be 'acquire knowledge'). Spelling errors like 'benefitial' and 'greatful' also occur. While these errors do not impede communication, they indicate a need for more precision in your word choice and better attention to spelling to reach the next band level.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0

You attempt a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, which is good. However, there are frequent grammatical errors that affect the accuracy of your writing. Examples include 'I am required to coordinating' (should be 'to coordinate'), 'If I have been granted to enroll' (incorrect tense/voice), and 'This course is only accept people' (should be 'only accepts'). Punctuation is generally functional, but there are missing commas in complex sentences. While the meaning remains clear, the frequency of these errors prevents a higher score. Focus on subject-verb agreement and consistent verb tense usage to improve your accuracy.
