You work for an international company. You have seen an advertisement for a training course which will be useful for your job.

Write a letter to your manager. In your letter

• describe the training course you want to do
• explain what the company could do to help you
• say how the course will be useful for your job

I am writing to request your assistance with enrolling in a three-week online training course in artificial intelligence, which I believe would be highly beneficial to my work and the company’s upcoming projects.

I recently came across an advertisement for this course and was particularly interested because AI is playing an increasingly important role in software development and technology. I contacted the training provider for further information and was pleased to learn that they offer a 60% discount when the course fee is paid using a company credit card. Therefore, I would be grateful if the company could cover the cost of the course using its corporate credit card.

I believe this training would provide several practical benefits. It would help me complete certain tasks more efficiently, improve the quality and clarity of our project graphics and presentations, and make our work easier for clients to understand. Furthermore, after completing the course, I would be happy to share useful AI techniques with my colleagues, which could contribute to smoother and more efficient project delivery.
