You work for an international company. You have seen an advertisement for a training course which will be useful for your job.

Write a letter to your manager. In your letter

• describe the training course you want to do
• explain what the company could do to help you
• say how the course will be useful for your job

Dear Sir,

I am Dhvani Tailor, Project Supervisor, writing this letter to make a request regarding a training course advertisement which I have seen in the local newspaper that could be helpful to me for this job.

To start with, I have been working for an international brands and I have observed that competitors are using more advanced method for graphics and web designing recently. This could be a very good opportunity for me to learn updated coding language and graphics feature which we can implement in future projects.

Furthermore, I personally believe that if company could grant me a paid leave for a week and accommodation fees to enroll this training course, then it would be a great relief to me. Nonetheless, this learning could definitely benefits company to gain more profit from latest techniques and attracts more clients in future.

Lastly, I would be grateful if this request will be considered from your side. I look forward to your prompt response.
