You work for an international company. You have seen an advertisement for a training course which will be useful for your job.

Write a letter to your manager. In your letter

• describe the training course you want to do
• explain what the company could do to help you
• say how the course will be useful for your job

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Manager,

I am writing to inform you that as were are an international company it needs great communication skills to develop our business. Inspite I have seen one advertisement which provide a training course that will be useful for my job.

The training course is about learning multiple languages. They teach French, Italian, Hindi, Spanish and Arabic. It is about 3 month course and at the end of the program it provides certificate which can be used for my professional development.

I am requesting the company to provide funding for this course. As it has online classes which can be learned after the working hours. The course will help me to interact with various countries and will be helpful to communicate better which can be essential to gain Large international projects in the future. Our company will grow and gradually and I will get a promotion which will motivate me to work harder and smarter for the organization.
