You work for an international company. You have seen an advertisement for a training course which will be useful for your job.

Write a letter to your manager. In your letter

• describe the training course you want to do
• explain what the company could do to help you
• say how the course will be useful for your job

Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to bring your attention to a new training course that I came across recently through an advertisement. The course is about an advanced communication skills that could benefit in my day-to-day responsibilities.

To enroll in this course I require some help from your side. Firstly, if you could give me an extra day off to attend the classes. Secondly, it would be really grateful if your company could pay for the registration fee. This would facilitate me to give more attention on learning such a valuable skill.

This course not only benefit me in all projects but also beneficial for our company to generate more links with other companies. Moreover, this course will assist me to build confidence to elaborate effectively on difficult projects while an international meetings.

I would really appreciate it if you can help me to enroll in this course.
