You work for an international company. You have seen an advertisement for a training course which will be useful for your job.

Write a letter to your manager. In your letter

• describe the training course you want to do
• explain what the company could do to help you
• say how the course will be useful for your job

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing with regard to a training course that I want to pursue for my job. The course is about managing cash flow and advising people on investment. Further, the program specifically made for business officials and financial advisors.

As the course demands to attend classes in person, I need cooperation from your side. I need to leave early from office, so that I can attend the evening classes. I shall be grateful to you if you can grant me permission to attend the classes and i will also manage my job on the side.

The course has a significant role for my job, since I can manage the customer's cash related doubts as well as advise them on their investment. Coming from a finance background, I need to get my expertise in this field. I look forward to your positive response.
