Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5

The candidate has successfully addressed all three bullet points required in the task instructions. The training course is described as 'practical AI tools training' lasting 'about one year' with tailored job-role instruction. The letter clearly explains what the company could do to help by requesting reduced working hours from '9:00 am to 2:00' and asking the company to 'pay the half of fees'. Finally, the utility of the course is well-explained in terms of increasing work efficiency, reducing errors in accounting entries, and lowering production costs. Ideas are appropriately extended and relevant, fulfilling the requirements for Band 6.5 to 7.0. Because all parts of the prompt are covered with a clear purpose and sufficient supporting details, a Band 6.5 is well-deserved here.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0

The letter maintains a clear overall progression with a recognizable beginning, body paragraphs addressing specific aspects, and a closing. Paragraphing is used sufficiently to separate distinct ideas, such as the course description, the company assistance requested, and the practical benefits. Cohesive devices are employed, including transition words like 'Additionally', 'Moreover', 'Furthermore', and 'As resut'. However, referencing and cohesion are sometimes faulty or mechanical, as seen in awkward phrasing like 'in regards of my coaching time' and minor cohesion lapses between sentences. Overall, the text demonstrates a coherent arrangement that fits the Band 6 descriptor well, as the logical organization is generally clear despite mechanical links.

Lexical Resource — Band 6.0

The student uses an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, successfully incorporating job-related and general business terms such as 'accounting entries', 'production cost', 'productivity', and 'efficiency'. However, there are noticeable lexical errors and awkward word choices throughout the text, such as 'essentially lessons' instead of 'essential lessons', 'contributes for' instead of 'contributes to', and 'pay the half of fees' instead of 'pay half of the fees'. Spelling is also an issue in places, as demonstrated by 'resut' instead of 'result'. These inaccuracies show an attempt to use a wider range of vocabulary with limited precision, which aligns comfortably with the criteria for Band 6.0.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0

The writer attempts a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, utilizing relative clauses and conditional-like structures such as 'I would be grateful if you could...' and 'It increases the work efficiency by providing training and AI prompts reduces errors...'. However, there is a lack of control in several complex constructions, resulting in grammatical errors such as 'which arranged by experts' (missing auxiliary verb) and subject-verb agreement issues. Punctuation and articles are also occasionally mishandled, for instance, 'company could pay' missing the article 'the'. Despite these errors, the meaning remains clear throughout, and communication is rarely impeded. This performance is characteristic of a Band 6.0 grammar score.
