You work for an international company. You have seen an advertisement for a training course which will be useful for your job.

Write a letter to your manager. In your letter

• describe the training course you want to do
• explain what the company could do to help you
• say how the course will be useful for your job

Dear Sir,

I hope this email finds you well. I would like to discuss about a training course advertised in a magazine related to Project Management.

I have a keen interest to join this project management course in dubai. Duration of this course is 4 weeks in Dubai. Course aim is to provide individuals with expertise to handle project management issues and resolve them effectively. Furthermore, this course is going to get candidates all around the world which could be great opportunity to build connections.

For joining this course I will need four weeks of leave along with nomination for joining this course. Hence I will really appriciate if you could approve my leave and nominate my name for this course.

Project management course will enhance my skills and boost my confidence for upcoming projects and save time as well. I believe learning from this course going benefit both the parties well.
