Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

The response successfully addresses all parts of the prompt. You described the training course by mentioning that it focuses on "prompt engineering to enhance, Ai skills in design visualisation." You also explained how the company could help by asking for a "100% scolarship" and detailed how the course will be useful by noting that "skills learned will support our creative team to deliver better quality output." However, some ideas are more fully developed than others. While the benefits to the team and the course description are relevant, the explanation of company support is somewhat brief and could be extended with further details on how funding or flexible scheduling would be managed to fully reach a higher level of development.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5

The response demonstrates a clear overall arrangement with information presented in a logical sequence, moving from an introduction and course description to company support, professional benefits, and a polite closing. Paragraphing is used appropriately to separate each main point. Cohesive devices are employed to connect ideas, such as "Firstly," "Furthermore," and "This will also help," showing that the text has a coherent structure. To move further into higher band territory, referencing could be managed more smoothly, as some transitional links feel slightly mechanical rather than entirely natural and flowing. Overall, the organization is clear and easy to follow throughout.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.5

The vocabulary used is adequate for the task, successfully conveying the intended message despite noticeable limitations. You attempted some less common vocabulary related to your field, such as "prompt engineering," "design visualisation," and "sampling cost." However, there are several spelling and word choice errors, including "aer" instead of are, "writting," "intrest," "persue," "carrier" instead of career, "appritiate," and "scolarship." Additionally, the phrase "requesting managements support with same" is slightly unnatural in style. While these errors do not seriously impede communication, the frequent spelling slips and occasional awkward collocations restrict the vocabulary score.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5

The writing demonstrates a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, utilizing relative clauses and introductory phrases such as "All the classes will be scheduled with respect to working individuals and are specially aligned in evenings on weekends so that regular work wont hamper." There are some errors in grammar and punctuation, including unnecessary commas in places like "a training course, that I want to persue," missing articles, and slight prepositions issues. However, these errors rarely impede communication and the basic meaning remains clear. To achieve a higher band, you would need to produce a higher frequency of error-free sentences while maintaining complex structures.
