Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0

Your response addresses the main parts of the task by describing the training course about artificial intelligence, explaining what you want the company to do by providing paid leave, and stating how it will be useful for creating reports and tracking employees. However, your ideas remain somewhat limited and under-developed. For instance, the explanation of how the course will benefit the company is brief and focuses heavily on reducing staff, such as stating that 'we need only half of employee in your company it can save employees salary,' rather than fully exploring the professional development aspects required. To move to a higher level, you need to expand your ideas more thoroughly, providing clearer justification and fully developing each bullet point with appropriate detail.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

There is some basic organization in your letter, as you begin with an appropriate opening greeting and attempt to sequence your thoughts from the course description to your request and its benefits. However, there is no clear overall progression, and the arrangement feels a bit disjointed due to the lack of proper paragraphing and cohesive devices. You rely heavily on repetitive connectors like commas and the word 'and,' or start multiple sentences with 'Sir,' rather than using a variety of logical linking words. To improve, you should group your ideas into distinct paragraphs and use a wider range of accurate cohesive devices to connect your sentences smoothly and guide the reader through your arguments.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

Your vocabulary is limited but minimally adequate for conveying your basic message. You make several noticeable lexical and spelling errors that cause difficulty for the reader, such as writing 'import topic' instead of 'important topic' and 'Ai Course' with lowercase letters in places. Additionally, phrases like 'company side' and 'more than half time' demonstrate unnatural collocations and word choice. To reach a higher band, you need to expand your vocabulary range, ensure correct word forms and parts of speech, and pay closer attention to spelling and standard collocations in professional correspondence.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You demonstrate a very limited range of sentence structures, relying mostly on simple or faulty complex sentences. There are frequent errors in grammar and punctuation throughout the text that cause difficulty for the reader. For example, you have preposition and article errors such as 'draw your attention on a import topic' instead of 'to an important topic,' and capitalization issues like 'Today while i was coming.' Furthermore, clause structures are often inaccurate, as seen in 'How we can create difficult reports in more than half time as well as it is teaching us to tracking each and every employee.' To achieve a better score, you must improve your control over basic grammar, verb forms, prepositions, and punctuation while attempting a wider variety of accurate sentence structures.
