Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0

You address all three bullet points: you identify an ICT training course, request travel costs and a laptop, and explain that digital storage could reduce paperwork and make information easier to retrieve. These details are relevant, but the course description is very brief, and the benefits are asserted rather than developed with a specific example of how they would improve your own duties. The request for support could also be clearer about the three days and what costs the company should cover. The response is 100 words, so it does not meet the required minimum of 150; this leaves limited space to explain the course and your case for attending. Add practical details and a clear closing request.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5

The information follows a sensible order: you introduce the course, state what support you need, and then explain its potential value. This makes the letter easy to follow overall. You also use linking expressions such as “in addition” and “furthermore” to connect related points, showing some control beyond simple sequencing. However, the response is presented as one block, and the final sentence combines several ideas, so the relationships between the company’s benefit, digital storage, and retrieving information could be clearer. Use separate paragraphs for the course and request, then the benefits, and make the final point more explicit. A conventional closing would also help complete the letter format.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.5

Your vocabulary is sufficient to communicate the main points, with relevant terms such as “information communication technology,” “practicals,” “digitally,” and “retrieve.” These choices show an attempt to use topic-specific language. However, some expressions are imprecise or unnatural, including “facilitate me with fare” and “positive impact to me,” while “companies information” does not clearly distinguish the company’s information from companies in general. “Intenet” is also misspelled, and “information” is repeated without much variation. Aim for accurate collocations and more precise wording, such as describing the course as ICT training and explaining that it would help you manage company records. This would make your meaning smoother and more professional.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5

You attempt a mixture of sentence forms, including a relative clause in “which will be held…” and a longer sentence explaining the course’s benefits. The main ideas remain understandable, but control is uneven. The opening lacks standard capitalization and punctuation, and the request sentence has a singular/plural mismatch in “three consecutive day.” In “the whole company in that i will learn,” the structure is awkward, and the final sentence joins several clauses without clear punctuation. There is also inconsistent capitalization of “I.” Use complete, clearly punctuated sentences and check agreement and clause structure. For example, separate the request for travel support from the laptop request, then explain each benefit in a distinct sentence.
