Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0

You address all three requested points: you identify an online AI course, ask for adjusted working hours, and explain that the skills could support the company’s graphics and social-media content. However, the response only partially develops these ideas. The course description is broad (“basic programming and graphic”) and does not clarify its duration or specific content, while the request for help could explain more clearly whether you are seeking a schedule change or another form of support. The benefit to your role is relevant but general. The response is also two words below the required minimum, so it does not meet the length instruction. Add a little detail about the course and how you would apply its skills in your current duties.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0

The letter has a recognisable sequence: an opening purpose, a description of the course, a request, and an explanation of its workplace value, followed by a polite closing. This makes the overall arrangement coherent. Paragraph breaks also help distinguish the main points. However, the first paragraph contains several ideas joined in one long sentence, and the transition into the course description is abrupt. The phrase “Actually” does not clearly signal the relationship between the advertisement and the course details, while “It” in the final explanation has an unclear reference. Separate the opening into complete sentences and use clearer links between the course, your request, and its benefits.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “online classes,” “flexible,” “programming,” and “social media contents,” so the reader can understand the general purpose of the letter. However, the range is limited and several noticeable spelling and word-choice errors make parts less clear, such as “recenty,” “necessy,” “appricate,” “devlope,” and “desgin.” Some combinations are also unnatural, including “learning a new course” and “generate new graphic.” Choose more precise expressions for the course and its practical outcomes, and check spelling carefully. For example, describe it as an AI course that teaches programming and graphic-design skills, rather than relying on broad or inaccurate wording.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

The response attempts both simple and more extended sentence forms, and the intended meaning is generally recoverable. However, complex sentences are often faulty, and errors occur frequently enough to make some parts difficult to follow. In “I am writing to you to express my interest in learning a new course, I recenty seen an advertisement,” two independent ideas are joined incorrectly, and the verb phrase needs a helping verb. “I believe that after completing this course I will help our company” also has a faulty structure because the course, rather than the writer, appears to be the subject of “will help.” There are further problems with articles, agreement, and punctuation. Use shorter complete sentences first, then check each clause for a clear subject and correctly formed verb.
