Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

You address the main purpose and include all three requested points: you describe a four-week robotics course, ask the company to arrange a workable schedule and provide equipment, and explain that the training could improve your skills and support robotic methods at work. However, some details are unclear or only briefly developed. For example, “robotic course transition for labour work” does not clearly identify the course, and the benefits to your own job are less specific than the benefits to the company. Explain what skills or tasks you expect to gain from the course and how you would apply them in your role. A clearer, more consistently formal request would also make the letter more effective.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0

The letter has a generally coherent structure: it introduces the course, gives information about its duration and content, makes requests, and then describes potential benefits. Paragraphing helps separate these points, and connectors such as “Hence” and “Although” show attempts to link ideas. At times, however, the progression is weakened by unclear links between sentences. For instance, the course description moves quickly from robotic analysis to manual methods and then to your confidence, without explaining the relationship. The final paragraph also shifts to company benefits without a clear connection to your own job. Use more explicit transitions and ensure each paragraph develops one main point.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.5

You use some relevant topic vocabulary, including “robotic analysis,” “manual methods,” “experiments,” and “networking,” and you attempt more formal expressions such as “Without any qualms.” However, several word choices or combinations are inaccurate or unclear, which sometimes makes the intended meaning difficult to follow. “Robotic course transition for labour work” is not a natural description of the training, while “high-speed robotic approach unbeatable to the manual work” is difficult to interpret. Some expressions also do not suit a formal request to a manager. Choose precise terms for the course and its workplace applications, and check that words combine naturally in phrases.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5

You attempt a mix of sentence forms, including a complex sentence beginning “Although the duration of course is short term” and a sentence using “Hence” to show a result. However, errors in articles, sentence construction, agreement, and punctuation are noticeable. For example, “a company” and “the duration of course” need more accurate article use, and “I still want a company to smoothly arrange” has an awkward grammatical structure. The sentence “It's a robotic course transition for labour work, got an eye on it through an advertisement” is also a fragment joined to another clause without a clear grammatical link. Practise forming complete sentences and check articles, plurals, and punctuation before submitting.
