Student answer (Band 5.0)
I personally do not agree with this statement. Nowadays mostly people like to try different culture clothes. According to my opinion it is not possible judging people according to their clothes.
To began with, it is not a right thing to assume things according to the person clothing choice. It effect the diversity. Currently I am living in a Canada but my back country is India but here in Canada I saw different people who belongs from different culture. Personally I have many friends who has different culture. But they like to try different culture clothes.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 4.0
The response fails to meet the minimum word count requirement of 250 words, reaching only 96 words. Consequently, the task is only partially addressed. While you state a clear position, the ideas are significantly under-developed and lack the necessary depth and supporting examples required for an IELTS essay. To improve, you must expand on your arguments by providing detailed explanations and specific, well-developed examples to support your viewpoint. The current length prevents a full exploration of the topic, which is essential for a higher band score.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0
The essay lacks a clear logical progression. While there is an attempt at paragraphing, the ideas are presented in a fragmented manner. Cohesive devices are largely absent or used incorrectly, such as the transition 'To began with', which is grammatically incorrect. The relationship between sentences is often unclear, making the text difficult to follow. To improve, focus on using a wider range of linking words (e.g., 'furthermore', 'consequently', 'in contrast') to connect your ideas more fluidly and ensure each paragraph has a clear, central topic sentence.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary is quite basic and repetitive, relying on simple terms like 'clothes', 'people', and 'culture'. There are noticeable errors in word choice, such as 'back country' instead of 'home country' or 'country of origin'. The range of vocabulary is insufficient to express complex ideas effectively. To improve, try to incorporate more precise and academic vocabulary related to the topic, such as 'attire', 'societal norms', 'cultural identity', or 'superficial judgment'. Expanding your range will allow you to convey your arguments with greater clarity and sophistication.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The response contains frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede communication. Examples include 'mostly people like' (should be 'most people'), 'it is not possible judging' (should be 'it is not possible to judge'), and 'it effect the diversity' (should be 'it affects diversity'). There is a lack of complex sentence structures, and the current sentences are mostly simple or contain errors in subject-verb agreement, such as 'people who belongs'. To improve, focus on mastering basic sentence construction and then gradually introduce complex structures like relative clauses and conditional sentences.
