Student answer (Band 5.5)
In this concurrent world, it is undoubtedly true that showing our culture and tradition infront of others is becoming a new trend. It is always debatable question that many individuals believe that because of person's clothes, we can explain many things about a person's character and culture. I tend to deem that humans are capable to judge a peosn just looking from their clothes. This essay will elaborate pros and cons of the given statement in the upcoming paragraphs.
To commence with, we can judge a person by looking at their clothes. The first and foremost reason is display their cultural identity. Make it more clear, most of the culture have their particular tradition graments that people generally wear it either on special occasions or in a day to day life. For instance, in Kutch, Gujarat, India 90% women who born and brought up there surrounding areas where they always wear sari which is mendatory for them.
Secondly, not only women but also men who always prefer to wear comfortable clothes in day to day life which might be helpful for boosting their confidence. As a consequence, other unknown person can easily identify through clothes such as mostly in megha cities man who is working in corporate company always wear professional clothes like shirt and formal pant. Therefore, it is possible to tell more about person's personality from their clothes.
To recapitulate, explaining about a person from looking their clothes is difficult, although I believe that people can tell more about person's culture and character from their clothes.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You give a clear general view that clothing can reveal culture and character, and the examples of traditional dress in Kutch and formal clothing in corporate workplaces are relevant to the question. However, the position is not fully consistent: the introduction says people can judge someone from clothes, while the conclusion first says this is difficult before restating that they can. The discussion also focuses mainly on cultural identity and workplace dress, with little explanation of what clothing can reliably show about character or why such judgements may be limited. Develop both sides of your view with clearer reasoning and a more specific example, then state your position consistently from introduction to conclusion.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, two supporting paragraphs and a conclusion. Sequencing phrases such as “To commence with,” “Secondly” and “To recapitulate” help signal the stages of the essay. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes unclear: “Make it more clear” does not smoothly connect the claim about cultural identity to the example, and the second paragraph moves from comfortable clothing and confidence to identifying corporate workers without explaining the link. Some transitions feel formulaic, and the conclusion introduces a qualification that was not developed earlier. Use clearer links between each claim and its example, and make references such as “their” and “it” unambiguous.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You attempt a range of topic-related vocabulary, including “cultural identity,” “tradition,” “comfortable clothes” and “professional clothes,” so the reader can generally follow your subject. However, the range is limited and several inaccurate or unnatural choices make the writing less clear, such as “concurrent world,” “deem,” “particular tradition garments” and “boosting their confidence.” Spelling errors including “peosn,” “mendatory” and “megha” also reduce accuracy. Aim for natural collocations and precise wording rather than formal-sounding phrases that do not fit the context. For example, describe traditional clothing as “distinctive traditional garments,” and use “believe” or “consider” instead of “deem” in this argument.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including a relative clause in “men who always prefer to wear comfortable clothes” and a contrast in the conclusion. However, complex structures are often faulty, and errors occur frequently enough to make some sentences difficult to follow. Examples include “It is always debatable question,” “because of person's clothes,” and “most of the culture have,” which show problems with articles, possessives and subject–verb agreement. The example sentence beginning “90% women who born and brought up” is also incomplete and has several errors in clause structure and verb form. Practise building accurate basic sentences first, then add subordinate clauses; check articles, agreement, and complete verb phrases when editing.
