Student answer (Band 5.5)
Few masses believe that individual's style of wearing clothes helps in predicting theirs traditional and moral values. I also consider that people's choice of clothes depicts their inner confidence, expression and home cultural.
First of all, every nation and tradition has its own specific style of clothes depending on its geographic location. Furthermore, weather conditions of that particular region play a key role in choice of wearable. For instance, citizens living in cold area wear warmer clothes whereas cotton fabric clothes is first choice for hot region people. Moreover, some culture have norms to wear a specific attire along with their dress as a symbol of their's tradition pride. Hence, clothes choice certainly express about person's culture.
In addition, clothes are also symbolizes as a form of expression and confidence.
Usually, a person who is more expressive and bold in nature wear bright colours clothes to stand out from the crowd. For example, public figures around the world are often seen wearing bright and shining colours.
To recapitulate, I also firmly agree, a lot of individual's trait information can be evaluated with the help of their attire.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
Your position is clear: you agree that clothing can reveal culture and aspects of character. The discussion is relevant, with examples about clothing suited to different climates and bright colours worn by expressive people. However, the response addresses the task only partially because the ideas are brief and not sufficiently explained. The climate example mainly shows practical adaptation, rather than how clothing reveals cultural identity, and the point about confidence is asserted without exploring how a choice of clothing might indicate it. The conclusion repeats your view but adds no further insight. The response also falls short of the required 250 words. Develop each main point with a fuller explanation and a specific example, and consider acknowledging that clothing does not always accurately reflect someone’s character.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a coherent overall arrangement: an introduction states your view, two body paragraphs present reasons, and a conclusion restates your position. Sequencing phrases such as “First of all,” “Furthermore,” and “In addition” help signal the progression. However, the links between some examples and the claims are not fully clear. For instance, the discussion of weather explains why people choose certain fabrics, but the connection to cultural identity needs to be made explicit. The second body paragraph is also very short, so the argument does not progress as fully as the first. Use topic sentences that state each paragraph’s main claim, then explain and illustrate it before moving on; this will make the cohesion less dependent on linking phrases.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use a relevant range of topic vocabulary, including “traditional and moral values,” “geographic location,” “specific attire,” and “stand out from the crowd.” These choices show an attempt to discuss culture and clothing beyond very basic terms. However, several word choices and collocations are inaccurate or unnatural, which sometimes makes the meaning less clear: “Few masses believe,” “home cultural,” “choice of wearable,” and “their’s tradition pride.” There is also repetition of “clothes” and “choice” where more precise alternatives could improve fluency. Aim to learn vocabulary in natural combinations, such as “clothing choices reflect cultural identity” and “traditional dress,” and check word forms and spelling before submitting.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including a sentence beginning “For instance” and a contrast between people in cold and hot regions. The main ideas are generally understandable, but some grammatical errors remain. For example, “a person … wear” needs subject–verb agreement, while “some culture have” requires a plural or a singular verb form. In “cotton fabric clothes is,” the subject and verb do not agree, and “clothes are also symbolizes” combines incompatible verb forms. Articles and possessives also need attention, as in “a cold area” and “their tradition.” Practise checking each sentence’s subject and verb, and use a wider range of accurately controlled structures to make the relationships between ideas clearer.
