You work at home and have a problem with a piece of equipment that you use for your job.

Write a letter to the shop or company which supplied the equipment. In your letter

• explain how this problem is affecting your work
• say what you want the shop or company to do

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to letting you know the laptop that you supplied to me is showing a serious problems with its wifi connection. The wifi is not connecting most of the times. I have tried many diagnosis tests by reading the manual provided with it but the result is still same.

I have regular meetings through my laptop, since this is not connecting to the network my work is seriously get affected. I am not able to communicate with my customers causing many problems.

Kindly do something to fix this issue as soon as possible, because I have important meeting on upcoming days. Could you please replace this or fix it. If you are taking this to fix, could you please arrange an temporary one for me to work as per the policy.

I hope you understand the situation and expecting a positive respond from you.
