I am writing to complaint about a laptop that I purchased last week. This was a brand new Laptop belongs to Lenovo company. Since the last 2 days, I face some connectivity issue with my home wireless broadband connection, even I also tried to connect with my cellular internet, Unfortunately, it is not able to make a connection with my cell phone.

I have joined multinational company which is located in Canada and I do work from home. I missed my several meetings with clients. Moreover, I am unable to access the database of my company because of fluctuation of connectivity all the time, which would be the reason to loose my job.

I am going to send this device back to your local shop and this is under both guarantee and warranty. Please repair it as soon as possible otherwise provide me new one so that I can continue my job without any interuptio
