You work at home and have a problem with a piece of equipment that you use for your job.

Write a letter to the shop or company which supplied the equipment. In your letter

• describe the problem with the equipment
• explain how this problem is affecting your work
• say what you want the shop or company to do

Dear Sir,

I hope you are doing well, As you know, All world is suffering with COVID virus and most of the companies working from home. Also, I am wroking from home as well and i am facing the problem with some of equipement like keyboard, Video camera and mic which i bought from your company.

I am working in overnight shift at XYZ company. When i start my shift after few hours some of your keyboard keys stop working and i need to replug my keyboard then it start working again. Also when i want to conduct the video call with my teammates, your video camera quality is not good and sometime it blur the video capturing. Same for the mic, During the video call when i start talk with my teammates they are always complaint me your voice is not clear and hanging. So that i am very frustrated because when i bought these equiments i clearly said that i need high quality equipments.

I will be very happy if you will resolve my issue as soon as possible or if you can please change the all equipment with upgraded version
