You work at home and have a problem with a piece of equipment that you use for your job.
Write a letter to the shop or company which supplied the equipment. In your letter

- explain how this problem is affecting your work
- say what you want the shop or company to do

Dear Sir,
I am writing to complaint about an electronic gadget that I am using for doing work from home regularly. It a laptop I purchased from your store last month.
I am working for eight hours shift Monday to Friday and my job is totally relying on this laptop so it could be impossible to complete my duties while I am facing problems like window issue normally it stopped working in between my work. Also, there is an obstacle with microphone and camera are not working properly.
As, I have to do online conferences with my clients on video call regularly which I find annoying due to distractions with sound and inconsistent video quality. In result, I am not able to perform well in front of my customers which I start losing their interest.
It has been mentioned in your policies to have two year of warranty on it while I bought it from your store therefore I would like you to provide an assistance with whether your company could repair it or an make an arrangement to replace it.
I hope you will consider my request and offer me compensation on it.
