You work at home and have a problem with a piece of equipment that you use for your job.

Write a letter to the shop or company which supplied the equipment. In your letter

• describe the problem with the equipment
• explain how this problem is affecting your work
• say what you want the shop or company to do

Dear Sir,

I hope this letter finds you well , As you are aware about me regarding work from home and i have a problem with my computer which has been giving me really hard time since last couple of weeks and that is the reason i am not attending any of my meetings on the top of that i have all the tasks which i have to do .

The problem with computer is the screen and storage the screen shut down after every single minute and i can not able to save any files it deletes automatically due to that i could not able to finish my client proposal and presentation which i have to submit by the next week and that project with AJAX capital company is the important and we invested huge money in to that so i really do not want to dissatisfy anyone.

I really want you to bring new computer for me with the help of it i will be able to complete my tasks carefully on the top of that also submit all the pending work it will be difficult for me to do that but i will manage it after all it is our company's reputation.
