Dear Sir or Madam,

My name is Mansi Gadhavi, I reside at Darshan park society Bagasara. I am active member of your company's yearly Wi-Fi plans. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding the internet. speed.

As a telecommuting worker, I require to have high speed internet. I am facing terrible connectivity issues from last one week. I have checked the cables of Wi-Fi device but could not find any damages. Every time I try to connect with my team on a virtual meetings it shows connection error and asked me to reconnect later.

Because of this I have missed important strategy meetings with my colleagues and seniors. Moreover, I could not complete my project on time. Owing to slow internet I need to work for long hours.

I request you to send someone from your company to visit my place tomorrow and inspect for the real cause of the issue. If any repair or replacement are required, I want it to be done on the same day.
