You work at home and have a problem with a piece of equipment that you use for your job.

Write a letter to the shop or company which supplied the equipment. In your letter

• describe the problem with the equipment
• explain how this problem is affecting your work
• say what you want the shop or company to do

Hope this letter finds you well,

I writing this letter to let you know that the product (headset) I recently bought from your store is now not working properly. Although the headset was working well for two days after purchase, But on the third day the headset started to make noises and repeating my voice due to that I am unable to hear the person. I am talking with, this Inconvenience causing me delay to response in a meeting and the late pick up to the calls from clients which are necessary for me to answer everyday.

Mostly all of my work require me to use headset for daily basis if this will not sort out soon then it may effect my monthly performance which can delay my promotion which will be in 3 months, if I get star rating for more 2 months.

So, I humbly request you to exchange your headset within 3 days as the headset come with 30 days of return and refund gurantee if the product won't work properly.
