Write a letter to the shop or company which supplied the equipment. In your letter

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to request a replacement of a laptop that I purchased a month ago from your shop. I work form home, and I use the laptop to prepare presentations and attend virtual meetings with my manager and clients.

Over the past few weeks, the laptop is not working properly. It shutdowns frequently, and the battery drains quicker, even it is full charged. I have tried all the measures to fix it such as install new Window and replace the battery many times, but noting works.

Since it is not working properly, I have missed importance deadline to complete the presentation. Moreover, it clashes during online meetings with my valuable clients. Consequently, it has affected my professional reputation and reduced my productivity at work.

I am hoping that you would address this issue by offering me a replacement with a new laptop, as it is still under a 3-months guaranty. I would also appreciate it if you could provide me the extra 3 months guaranty on a replaced laptop. Please let me know what you think.
