Write a letter to the shop or company which supplied the equipment. In your letter

Dear Sir,

I hope this letter finds you in excellent health. I am writing this letter to kindly request you regarding the replacement of headphone given to me from the company to conduct online meetings. I am facing non-stop technical issues while using the equipment.

To begin with, as you are aware that I have been working from home since several months. Initially, the headphones were in perfect condition but later on, few glitches started showing up like malfunctioning in sound, constant disturbance during the meetings and most of the times I am inaudible to the other person.

However, poor communication and technicality problems are the primary reasons due to which we have already lost few clients and if the problem remains the same It can have detrimental impact on the image of the company. Therefore, I humbly request you to consider my request and arrange me brand new headphones as soon as possible to avoid trouble and work being hampered on daily basis.

I would be looking forward to a positive response from the company to replace and provide a new headphones.
