IELTS Writing Task 1 question

You work at home and have a problem with a piece of equipment that you use for your job.

Write a letter to the shop or company which supplied the equipment. In your letter

• describe the problem with the equipment
• explain how this problem is affecting your work
• say what you want the shop or company to do

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Sir or Madam,

Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter you about my computer mouse, that I recently ordered from your shop.

This is the second time i using the mouse from your shop. My first one was very good and work for at least 3 years. But this time , it's just one month and it is stop working sometime and it is very slow when I am using this.

I do my work from home and do all my work on computer.Thus, the mouse is very essential for my work. I need it every single second. From last 1 week this is effecting me so much. I was frustrated because sometime because of this my work was incomplete.

I really wanted you to help me in this. I want either exchange or refund but I prefer to exchange because I know this is not your fault it happens sometime.
