You work at home and have a problem with a piece of equipment that you use for your job.

Write a letter to the shop or company which supplied the equipment. In your letter

• describe the problem with the equipment
• explain how this problem is affecting your work
• say what you want the shop or company to do

Dear Sir or Madam,

Hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter regarding my laptop, which I bought from your shop and it has been not working.

My name is Sam. I am working as a customer representative.For this reason I bought a Acer laptop from your shop. I am using this laptop for my work, however, last week suddenly laptop started to heating up and stop working.It was showing whit and black strips on screen as well, and not turning on.

As all my information and documents in laptop. Moreover, I am working from home so I does not have any other option for my work.It is inconvenient and hard for me. As without laptop, I feel useless.

I want you to consider my complain seriously and either you repair my laptop or replace it as soon as possible I can attach bill of the laptop. Thank you for your time. I expect prompt result for this matter.
