You work at home and have a problem with a piece of equipment that you use for your job.

Write a letter to the shop or company which supplied the equipment. In your letter

• explain how this problem is affecting your work
• say what you want the shop or company to do

Dear Sir or Madam

I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter regarding complaint about Dell laptop which Purchased from your Walmart store in the last week on (12 August). Unfortunatly, When I came at home I noticed laptop battery is not working properly. Sometime either battery get reduced effectively or it shows battery error while using the laptop. In addition, I also tried to charge this laptop with the another dell charger, but issue still remained similar. Whereas, this battery issue affecting my office work because most of the time I do my whole office work on Ms excel. Moreover, I am also unable to make my school assignments on time.

Additionally, I also tried to contact with you on your store landline number, but no one picked up. However, I would appreciate either if you guys replaced this laptop with new one as soon as possible or provide me full refund amount (1023).

I believe this issue would resolve soon.
