Dear Sir,

I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. I am writing this letter in order to inform you about I work at home and I have a problem with my laptop that I use for my job.

I was working on my laptop suddenly my laptop start lagging and losing keyboard control. This problem is affecting my work badly. I have to receive e-mails and other documents from my company's manager, but due to lagging I missed all my emails and documents. My workload and stress level is increasing due to this problem. This problem is also affecting on processor of my laptop by overheating the laptop.

I want you to repair or replace my laptop as fast as you can. So, I could do my work fast and will submit it to my boss. for further information feel free to contact via my contact number 55565xx85x
