I am writing this letter to inform you of my dissatisfaction concerning the sewing machine pedal I bought from your shop last week Tuesday, August 12, 2026 to be precised.

To begin with, the pedal worked well for exactly three days. The issue started on the fourth day, I notice a screw falling off from pedal which I tried to fix but the screw kept removing.

In all honesty, this has affected me to meet up with my customers deadline. Two of my clients has asked me to refund their initial deposi and also return their fabric due to not able to sew without the pedal.

I would like your company to send their technician down to my place in order to fit the affected pedal. MY house is just two street away from your office. You can reach me on this phone number for an accurate description, [redacted phone].
