Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
You have addressed all three bullet points of the prompt: describing the problem, explaining its impact on your work, and stating your desired resolution. The tone is appropriate for a formal letter of complaint. However, the development of your ideas is somewhat limited. For example, while you mention that your work is affected, you could provide more specific detail about the nature of your job or the specific project that was interrupted to make the impact more vivid. Overall, the response is clear and fulfills the requirements of the task effectively.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The letter follows a logical structure, with a clear introduction, body paragraphs, and a conclusion. You have used some cohesive devices such as 'Additionally' and 'Moreover' to link your ideas. However, the flow between sentences is sometimes slightly mechanical. The paragraphing is appropriate, though the transition between the description of the problem and the impact could be smoother. The use of referencing (e.g., 'that time') is occasionally repetitive or slightly unnatural, which affects the overall fluidity of the text.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
You have an adequate range of vocabulary to convey your message clearly. You use some relevant terms like 'replacement', 'complaint', and 'prompt response'. However, there are some inaccuracies in word choice and collocation, such as 'diminished' (which is not the best fit for ideas being lost) and 'my all data collection were deleting' (which is grammatically and lexically awkward). To reach a higher band, try to use more precise collocations and avoid repetitive phrasing. The vocabulary is sufficient for the task but lacks the flexibility and precision required for higher bands.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
You demonstrate a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. However, there are several grammatical errors throughout the text, such as 'I bought laptop of HP company' (missing article), 'it was start very smoothly' (incorrect verb form), and 'if you do not provides' (subject-verb agreement error). While these errors do not prevent the reader from understanding your meaning, they occur frequently enough to impact the overall accuracy. Focusing on subject-verb agreement and the correct use of articles would significantly improve your writing.
