You work at home and have a problem with a piece of equipment that you use for your job.

Write a letter to the shop or company which supplied the equipment. In your letter

• describe the problem with the equipment
• explain how this problem is affecting your work
• say what you want the shop or company to do

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I would like to express regarding the laptop I bought from the shop Sunrise Laptop 1 Month ago. Laptop was working in good condition at first, Whereas now the screen is flashing while running the browser and also I found a technical glitch during connect to WIFI. I am not sure what is the exact problem in my laptop.

I have lots of data storage for office usage and my personal history too where I can not run it properly during the time of work. From last many times I tried to turn off and on my laptop to check if there is any problem in hardware, Unfortunately I did not find anything regarding hardware issues.

I would like to make request to shop manager please have a look a once what is actual problem in my laptop and if possible provide me new piece of it as it has warranty for 1 year. Once I receive your reply I am willing to visit as soon as possible to shop, So I can start to work on it.
