You work at home and have a problem with a piece of equipment that you use for your job.

Write a letter to the shop or company which supplied the equipment. In your letter

• describe the problem with the equipment
• explain how this problem is affecting your work
• say what you want the shop or company to do

Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing this letter to request you to supply the equipment for my computer which is not working well. .

To begin with, I am working from home for a month due to my personal reasons. I have a problem with my computer's mouse. Actually the mouse is not working properly. In addition, the mouse is dropping the connectivity from the CPU.

However, due to this issue I am constantly facing the problems. My target of work is not getting done in a perfect time because of this major glitch. In fact, I have tried to fix it by myself but I got failed.

It would be very helpful for me if you send me a new mouse. I live very close from your downtown shop. I often visit that area in a week. I can go there and take a new mouse if you give me the consent of this.

It would be a pleasure to hear from you.
