You work at home and have a problem with a piece of equipment that you use for your job.
Write a letter to the shop or company which supplied the equipment. In your letter
- describe the problem with the equipment
- explain how this problem is affecting your work
- say what you want the shop or company to do

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear sir,
Last year, I bought a laptop from your shop, which worked well for few days then suddenly, start blinking and restarting in few minutes. Afterthat, screen turned black not going to start, even I try multiple time.
As, I am doing work from home for Fortune company, I have to make presentation for employes to intoduce new products to them, latter on to coustomers. Because of the uppermentioned problem in laptop I am not able to show the presentation to my colligues, which not only resposible for the less knowledge to worker but also affect the overalll sale because of insufficent knowledge of new arrival items .
My laptop is under wearranty for next 7 months, I want to repair my laptop, so that it can work without any hussle. Until my laptop is not repaired, I want you to give me any other laptop, so I can work regularly.
