IELTS Writing Task 1 question

You work at home and have a problem with a piece of equipment that you use for your job.

Write a letter to the shop or company which supplied the equipment. In your letter

• describe the problem with the equipment
• explain how this problem is affecting your work
• say what you want the shop or company to do

Dear Sir or Madam,

My purpose of writing this letter to explain the problem with a piece of equipment that i use for my job. The equipment name is laptop that I use to do my work. Its keyboard is not functional properly.

Since When I click on any key the other key will press instead of the key that I pressed. Additionally when I clicked to copy anything to get to short my work. The control key is not response properly.Furthermore It seemed challenging while the time of completing my work.

Moreover Its create numerous difficulties at the time of doing my work. Owing to the manager set the time for complete the task. Due to the error of equipment I was not completely my work on time.

I request to your campany please visit at my home and check the equipment and please replace it if it is require.
