You work at home and have a problem with a piece of equipment that you use for your job.

Write a letter to the shop or company which supplied the equipment. In your letter

• describe the problem with the equipment
• explain how this problem is affecting your work
• say what you want the shop or company to do

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the gadget which I ordered from your shop for my remote work.

Recently I purchased a laptop from your shop. Because I am working from home and all work I do from a laptop. Unfortunately, I experienced several problems from the laptop. Firstly, sometime screen got stuck when I typing on the laptop. Secondly, the camera of the laptop not working properly.

These problems affected me a lot. When screen was stuck in the middle of the work, I faced difficulties to write down the crucial notes. In addition, yesterday I had a conference meeting with my overseas clients and it was video call as i had ordered to record that meeting, however, laptop camera was not working. Therefore I could not recorded the meeting. Due to this I had loss and my manager unsatisfied with me.

I would appreciate it if you could provide me either a full refund or a exchange the laptop.
